Please let your instructor know if this is your first time taking the class and notify them of any special needs you may have. We are pleased to offer a wide variety of classes and encourage you to work at a level in which is comfortable as well as challenging. Clean aerobic shoes are required for safety purposes as well as to protect our aerobic floor. To obtain the full benefit of your workout and out of consideration for other participants, we ask that you begin each class on time and remain until it is over.

BodyCombat ®– BodyCombat is the most intense workout you’ll have with both feet on the ground. BodyCombat combines self-defense techniques like Karate, Boxing and Tai Chi to fight fat, burn calories and kick cholesterol in the butt! Great workout for men and women of all fitness levels. This is the workout you have been waiting for.

BodyPump ®– Guaranteed to change the shape of your body! This barbell class is choreographed to music. All fitness levels can participate. Intensity is increased by adding additional weight to the bar. No steps, no dancing, simply the fastest way in the universe to get in shape! Please make reservations at the Front Desk for this class due to limited space and equipment.

BodyStep ®– An all systems Go STEP workout. The World’s Best Butt Class combines an energetic and exciting cardio fitness workout that shapes and tones the legs, improves co-ordination, bone density, posture and agility. A great cross-training option that adds fun, athletic movements and great training principles. Suitable for all fitness levels.

RPM cycling area RPM ®Cycling – Experience the ride of your life! Known as “the rock concert on wheels” RPM is a fun, athletic cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time – up to 600 in a single ride. Great for men and women of all ages and experiences as you control the speed and resistance level of your bike.

Spinning ®– The Spinning program is the original and most popular group cycling class. Make your fitness dreams a reality! With no complicated moves to learn a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, you’ll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body.

Pilates – The fastest-growing exercise program. It focuses on core strength while connecting the breathing and inner mind with the physical body.

Yoga – A mind/body adventure incorporating stretching, breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness to increase flexibility and reduce stress. Focus on healing and awareness. All fitness levels welcome, no experience req’d.

Zumba ®– Fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

B3 – Sculpt, strengthen and define your body in all 3 planes of motion. A fusion of traditional strength moves combined with Pilates inspired core/balance techniques using the free weights, exercise tubing and your most important tool: YOU! Get ready to be strong, sleek and defined in ALL 3 dimensions!

SilverSneakers – This class’s format includes a warm-up and rhythmic range of movement stretch, work with resistance, tools, cool down, final stretch and relaxation segment. It is an equipment-based, multilevel, total body conditioning class in which students use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers play ball and a chair for standing and/or seated support.

30 Minute Abs – All about technique! Focuses on breathing, holding abs, and cardio at the same time based in repetitions. A variety of exercises that focus on strengthening and toning the abdominal region.

Frisky Fitness – Ladies, feelin' sexy? Want to? This class includes moves from Latin, belly dancing, sexy chair dancing & exotic dancing. We're going to Tone & Tease. This is fitness with a Flirty Flair!!

Core Play – People confuse core exercise with Abdominal workouts. Your core starts below your hips and ends at your neck. Core Play will incorporate your abs, your gluteal, your balance, and your heart in some fun and challenging aerobic intervals. Ages 18 to 80 and all fitness levels will be benefit.
