Tips & Guidelines
  • Please let your instructor know if this is your first time attending the class and inform the instructor of any special needs you may have. We are pleased to offer a wide variety of classes and encourage you to work at a level which is comfortable as well as challenging.
  • Clean aerobic shoes are required for safety purposes as well as to protect our aerobic floor. To obtain the full benefit of your workout and out of consideration for other participants, we ask that you begin each class on time and remain until it is over.
  • Please be sure to sign in using the book so we can not only track class participation, but also so we can contact you in case a class ever has to be cancelled for any reason. All classes are one hour in length.
Body Combat
The most intense workout you'll have with both feet on the ground. Body Combat combines self-defense Group exercise roomtechniques like Karate, boxing, and Tai Chi, to fight fat, burn calories, and kick cholesterol in the butt! Great workout for men and women of all fitness levels. This is the workout you've been waiting for.

Body Pump
Guaranteed to change the shape of your body. This is not an aerobics class. It is a barbell class choreographed to music. shape! Advance reservations recommended for this class due to limited space and equipment. Check at Service Desk for reservations procedures. All fitness levels can participate. Intensity is increased by adding additional weight to the bar. No steps, no dancing, simply the fastest way in the universe to get in

Body Step
An All systems Go Step workout. The World’s Best Butt Class combines an energetic and exciting cardio fitness workout that shapes and tones the legs, improves co-ordination, bone density, posture and agility. A great cross-training option that adds fun, athletic movements and great training principles. Suitable for all fitness levels.

RPM cycling areaRPM – Group Cycling 
Experience the ride of your life! Known as “the rock concert on wheels,” RPM is a fun, athletic cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time – up to 600 in a single ride. Great for men and women of all ages and experiences as you control the speed and resistance level of your bike.

Body Flow
Is the yoga, tai chi and pilates that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. It’s your personal “time out” from the stress and strains of daily life – a 55-minute group exercise-to-music-class that enhances your physical and mental wellbeing.

Silver Sneakers
This class’s format includes a warm-up and rhythmic range of movement stretch, work with resistance tools, cool down, final stretch and relaxation segment. It is an equipment-based, multi-level, total body conditioning class in which students use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers play ball and a chair for standing and/or seated support. Body Transformation
Transform your body form the inside out! This class is all about cardio exercised that burn calories and challenge muscles. We cut out 75% of the impact yet dish out aerobic thrills that can only be acquired from high/low aerobics.

Pilates
The fastest growing exercise program. It focuses on core strength while connecting the breathing and inner mind with the physical body. Because of the progressive nature of the exercise and the need for strong fundamentals the class is limited to 12 participants. Pilates requires completion of the fundamentals class program.

Yoga
A mind/body adventure incorporating stretching, breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness to increase flexibility and reduce stress. Focus on healing and awareness. Any level of experience.
