Kinesis is the world’s first “Full Gravity Technology” training system used to perform an infinite variety of movements targeting strength, balance, and flexibility. The Punta Gorda Club is the first health club in Florida to offer Kinesis exercise and movement programs.

Kinesis is born out of the need to bring people closer to physical activity to improve the quality of their life. Created by Technogym, its inspiring principle is to rediscover the beauty of movement by means of free and natural movements. Kinesis stands as a new way to work out, through which it is possible to perform an infinite variety of exercises and movements, ensuring strength, stability and flexibility.




We offer three small group personal training with Kinesis:
  • Kinesis Power
  • Kinesis Lengthen
  • Kinesis Core

Kinesis Training Recommendations
Kinesis should be used in conjunction with your current workout or activity program. We recommend one to two Kinesis sessions a week. Our Kinesis sessions are led by certified personal trainers who have completed the Kinesis training seminar and Kinesis training. Class are fifty minutes in length, with two to six participants.

Kinesis Foundation & Emerge
Hour long circuit based movement patterns. Intensity is varied by the participants willingness to increase speed, depth, and range of motion in the movement pattern protocol. This session is most challenging for balance, stability, and muscular endurance.
