Yvette Puskarich, Clinical Exercise Specialist

A Clinical Exercise Specialist (CES) possesses an advanced personal trainer certification that demonstrates the ability to provide exercise programming for people who suffer from a chronic disease or have experienced some form of injury. The CES designs and implements a program of appropriate physical activity that will benefit a specific condition while taking a person's limitations into consideration.

With physician release, following a persons treatment or rehabilitation for a clinically documented disease, injury or disability, the Clinical Exercise Specialist will develop for the client a "condition specific" exercise protocol for: Strengthening, improving range of motion, neuromuscular re-education, Balancing extremity strength, increasing muscular endurance and cardiovascular function.
